Please bear with us while we explain our Shipping & Handling Policy. We truly wish it didn't have to be this complicated, but we are unfortunately at the whims of Canada Post.

Each shipment consists of three parts: Base Shipping & Handling Additional Items in Shipment, and Shipping Options

Base Shipping Basic shipping & handling is shipped by SURFACE mail and will starts at $4.00 USD to the USA, and $7.00 USD ($8.50 CDN) to Canada & $6.50 to any other International destination. Why does it cost more to ship to Canada even though Vesivus is in Edmonton, Alberta? Canada Post does not offer a small packet shipping system like the United States (or any other country) does. It is truly more expensive to ship a small, light package to a neighbouring city in Canada than to Australia! Additional Items Each additional non-huge miniature ordered after the first is an additional $0.25 USD ($0.30 CDN). Each additional huge miniature ordered after the first is an additional $1.00 USD ($1.25 CDN), due to their heavier weight. NOTE: We will cap off the Shipping & Handling after a point. We reserve the right to do this at our discretion. Shipping Options The base price covers SURFACE shipping. This will generally take 3-5 business days in Canada, and 4-6 weeks to the United States or Internationally. AIRMAIL shipping is available for your package if you do not live in Canada (Canadian buyers already get EXPEDITED shipping as part of the shipping price). It will be an extra $2.50 USD to the United States, and $4.50 USD Internationally. Please note: Airmail will cost more if your order is a very large size, and/or heavier than 250 grams. INSURANCE is available at all times. In most cases, the cost of insurance will be $2.00 USD for the first $75 USD and $1.00 USD for each additional $75 USD after that, but please ask us for a quote on a specific order. Insurance up to $75 USD ($100 CDN) is already included in the Canadian S&H Price. TRACKING is also available at all times. If you'd like TRACKED packages, it will cost an extra $6.00-$10.00 USD to the United States (or possibly more for larger orders). This amount will decrease as you order more miniatures, due to size & weight restrictions. International tracking is a bit tricker -- please inquire if you are interested. Tracking is already included in the Canadian S&H price. SUPERFAST shipping is available, but prices vary widely and can get expensive. Let us know if you'd like this option and we can give you a quote!

In any case, we are flexible and willing to accommodate any shipping preference. Each order can be handled on a per-case basis. Just let us know your preferences, and we can quote a price!

NOTE: All prices are in US Funds for this page unless otherwise noted, but your quote will be in either Canadian or US dollars depending on your location.

NOTE: GST will be added to Canadian orders on both the cost of product AND shipping & handling.
